Rita and James Middleton, AKA Mama and Papa, offer a full line of food services that range from corporate events to back yard parties. Mama Rita is no stranger to the Food Service Industry. She has a 30 year career starting as a Crewmember and working her way up through the ranks to General Manager. As a Certified Customer Service Specialist and Serve Safe Certified with her many years in the Food Industry, Rita offers the service you deserve and expect, in a safe and sanitary manner. Papa James, a Paramedic of 30 years, now retired, helps in whatever way he can from cooking and preparing food to coordinating and setting up parties and events. Smoking food and the flat top grill is his new love.  Papa James is continuously making changes to the menu which keeps new and tasty foods coming your way. Rita and James will help you plan your next event or part.  Their motto is "No Event is too Big or too Small."
